Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Trois Rivieres Ouest, an IHG Hotel

I loved how it space for guest to lounge around. It has the lobby the breakfast area the meeting room was very nice very elegant and modern. The front desk receptionist with the black hair and glasses commented on my outfit and said I looked gorgeous when I had just came in from 7 hour drive made me feel very nice! And she even changed my room to 2 queen beds for me! When the first guy said he couldn’t. She tired to accommodate my request as soon as I entered the building so nice of her! The 2nd interaction with a lovely black women extended my checkout time without any hassle until 2pm she just signed up for a rewards program! Which I will be using thank you the receptionist as well I love the pancake machine! The hotel is super close to down town area! Just Ubers will charge you a lot during prime time so just wait and recall them

The front desk staff was lovely and helpful. She spoke English well which helped me because I cannot speak French.

After many many hours of travelling with our dog, we were grumpy, exhausted and hungry to say the least. Once we arrived we were greeted by Marie-Josee. Marie-Josee exceeded our expectations and was everything we needed after 11 hours of travelling. She was kind, welcoming, and helpful. She provided us with a brief introduction to the amendities, offered a helping hand with our luggage, ensured we were staying on the main floor near an exit, laughed and exchanged stories about her dog with us. We immediately felt at home after meeting Marie-Josee. She did everything and more than what was expected of her. Marie-Josee should be highlighted for the exceptional employee she is. Very efficient place, as is typical in a purpose-built Holiday Inn Express. Easy to get to. Room was fully equipped. Breakfast was OK, ample and easy to serve yourself. It was quiet. The parking was free and large enough.

Service was great even though the hotel was almost fully booked. The swimming pool was not too cold. Rooms were clean and breakfast went well!
